Hindustan Scouts And Guides
Scouting is a movement that aims to support young people in their physical, mental and spiritual development, that they may play constructive roles in society, with a strong focus on the outdoors and survival skills. During the first half of the 20th century, the movement grew to encompass three major age groups for boys (Cub Scout, Boy Scout, Rover Scout) and, in 1910, a new organization, Girl Guides, was created for girls (Brownie Guide, Girl Guide and Girl Scout, Ranger Guide). It is one of several worldwide youth organizations.

Dear All Scouts & Guides Members, It is a privilege for me to address this first message to you as National President of Hindustan Scouts & Guides Association, India Scouting & Guiding has always had a close and cordial bond with society as well as the country, and this is a tradition I am delighted to continue. Thank you for choosing scouting & guiding as a service to the country, and the encouragement and affection you have showered upon me personally. I look forward to a long and rewarding association with all of you.
